Are your machines brand new?
✅ Yes! All our arcade machines are brand new and inspected before delivery. Every arcade machine purchase includes arcade vending machine support for peace of mind. On rare occasions, we may offer second-hand units — but if that’s the case, we’ll always say so upfront.
Can I see the machines in action?
Of course! Visit our showroom in Pampanga to test our machines. If you’re far away, we can also arrange a live video demo.
Just book your appointment at our APPOINTMENT PAGE and choose the date best for your visit or video demo.
Can I choose the color or design of my machine?
Yes, you can select from the colors or designs available in our warehouse at the time of purchase.
👉 If the design you want is sold out or in transit, we’ll give you the waiting time estimate.
Is there a waiting period for machines?
- No waiting if the machine is available in our Pampanga warehouse.
- Yes, there’s a wait if:
- The machine is sold out
- It’s listed in our brochure but not yet in stock
- It’s still in transit from the factory
We’ll always update you before you finalize your order.
What are the delivery options?
Here’s how we make sure your machine gets to you safe and sound:
- For Pampanga buyers
- Our team delivers directly to your location.
- We guarantee safe loading and transport using our moving and lifting tools.
- For buyers outside Pampanga
- Clawstro In-House Delivery (nearby provinces) – We cover Tarlac, Olongapo, Bataan, Bulacan, Metro Manila, and Nueva Ecija. Cost is quoted before sale; toll fees are a separate line on your invoice.
- Third-Party Logistics (3PL) – We can help arrange Transportify or Lalamove. We’ll safely load your machine into the truck, but once it leaves, responsibility passes to the carrier. Toll fees (if any) are paid directly to the driver.
- Customer Pickup – Bring your own vehicle. We’ll help with safe loading, but responsibility ends once it leaves our premises. Please coordinate with our sales team first to confirm the machine fits in your vehicle.
- Unloading – Buyer is responsible for unloading at destination. Most trucks are high-deck, so prepare ramps, lifts, or manpower.

What payments are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, GCash, QR PH, PayMaya and Bank Transfer for your convenience.
How long is the warranty?
Every machine includes:
- Parts Warranty: 3 months (factory defects in boards, motors, power supplies, token/coin acceptors)
- Virtual Service Warranty: 6 months (chat, video, and troubleshooting support)
What’s not covered?
- Normal wear-and-tear (bulbs, toys, decals, belts, stickers)
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, cracked glass)
- Water or spill damage
- Wrong coins or foreign objects in slots
- Power surges or unstable electricity
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
I’m outside Pampanga. Will you still support me?
✅ Yes! Remote support via chat, email, or video call is always available. If a part is needed, we’ll ship it (shipping costs apply).
👉 Pampanga buyers may get onsite visits, but only after remote troubleshooting is attempted first.
What if a replacement part takes too long to arrive?
Some parts need to be sourced abroad, which can take time. While we can’t cover lost income during downtime, we will:
- Keep you updated
- Offer temporary fixes where possible
- Stick with you until your machine is fully back in action
We will provide the best arcade vending machine support to all our customers covered by the Arcade Machine Purchase and Warranty agreement.
What if my machine isn’t earning well?
Earnings depend on location, customer traffic, and your settings (like claw strength or win rate). We’ll show you how to adjust, but profits are your responsibility, not part of warranty.
Can I let another technician repair it?
Yes, if they work with us virtually during your warranty period. We can add them to our support group chat so they follow our steps.

What if I don’t want to troubleshoot and just want a refund?
Refunds are only considered if a machine has a major factory defect that cannot be repaired or replaced — and only with our written approval.
👉 Simply refusing troubleshooting or being unhappy with settings/earnings does not qualify for a refund.
How do I file a claim?
- Take photos or a short video of the issue
- Take note of the machine serial number and proof of purchase
- Contact us via our Warranty Support Page and fill up the necessary information and attachments
- We’ll reply within 3–5 business days with next steps (remote fix, parts shipment, or Pampanga onsite visit).
